Join us for this fun-filled and stimulating workshop that will explore and expand our pre-conceived ideas about what creativity is, all the while integrating the wisdom of yoga. By using our intuition, we create and express without preciousness or attachment while exploring the freedom anonymity allows.

Together we will broaden our experience, expression and appreciation of creativity in the everyday. Every choice we make is a creative expression.
An art supplies list (mostly from items you can bring from home) will be given at time of registration.
The workshop will begin at 11am and run until 5:30pm. There is an early-bird deadline for this workshop of September 7th ($55 + HST). After September 7th however, the regular fee of $65 + HST will apply.
