Yoga Fitness Leader (YFL)This certification is required to become a recognized Yoga Instructor, allowing you to teach in a wide variety of Yoga settings (fitness centres, community centres, group homes, and private residences). The YFL Certification is a BCRPA approved, nationally recognized 3-part program that trains yoga instructors to teach in a fitness and health-related setting. The YFL is a required component of the internationally recognized RDYT200 program. |

RDYT200This certification is required to become a recognized Yoga Teacher, allowing you to teach in an even wider variety of Yoga settings than the YFL certification (yoga studios, resorts, community centres, fitness centres, group homes, and private residences). The Red Door Yoga® Teacher 200-hour Certification program (RDYT200) is Yoga Alliance approved and internationally recognized. Students may begin the RDYT200 training after completing the YFL Part 1. |

RDYT500This certification builds upon your RDYT200 training, incorporating training for dealing with more specialized populations (pre and postnatal, third age, kids and youths,rehabilitative, etc.). The Red Door Yoga® School also welcomes students previously trained through other programs wishing to gain Continuing Education Credits (CECs)and/or to complete their certification. The Red Door Yoga® Teacher 500-hour Certification program (RDYT500) is Yoga Alliance approved and internationally recognized. Students may begin the RDYT500 training after completing a minimum of 1/3 of the RDYT200 program. |
