All of our courses and classes are held at the Red Door Yoga® Studio (7282 Aulds Rd, Lantzville).
The studio sits on just over 2 acres of greenspace and ample parking is available for students. Despite being surrounded by greenspace, we are only 3 minutes west of the Woodgrove Shopping Centre and are easy to find!
