Drop-ins are space permitting (please check with us to see if spots are available in classes you’d like to drop-into). PLEASE NOTE: IF MORE THAN ONE PERSON IS REGISTERING FOR CLASSES, REGISTRATIONS MUST BE DONE SEPARATELY.
Due to the Victoria Day holiday (May 22nd) all Monday modules will be 7 classes in length. Also, the Yoga for MS Class will be cancelled on Friday May 19th, resulting in that specific class also being a 7-week module.
