The Red Door Yoga® Teacher 200-hour Certification program (RDYT200) is Yoga Alliance approved and internationally recognized. Students may begin the RDYT200 Yoga Teacher Training after completing the YFL Part 1 prerequisite course. For a full list and dates of upcoming courses please click here.

The training is offered at two locations: The Red Door Yoga® Studio in Lantzville (on Vancouver Island) and The Epic Yoga Studio in Maple Ridge (Metro Vancouver).
